They teach us so much about human nature, the essence of life, and living in the present. Our job in photographing these wonderful little people goes far beyond just snapping a few shots of your new family member; we aim to capture a unique moment in time and the emotions along with it. Poetic Photo Professionals is no ordinary newborn photography studio. With 10 years of experience under our belts, including attendance at workshops and classes on a regular basis, we create original works of art in a heartfelt and professional manner. Our images are widely known for their striking use of natural light, and we have won several awards along the way. We are excited and honored to share a moment in your family's new journey.
We offer two types of options or packages for your baby photography. Our first option is our one time session fee. That means at any time of your baby's life, we can come in and take a photo for you and your family. There is no contract, you call us and we will be there. This option is good when your baby in in the infant stages all the way to the toddler stages. We call them our Poetic Baby Lifestyle Photography Packages. We find that our Poetic Lifestyle portraits are an ideal way to portray the raw emotion of the moment. Our candid images, posed and unposed, artistically capture things just as they are; real moments frozen in time for you and your family to enjoy over and over. They may additionally include shots of mom and dad, siblings, and even the family pet interacting with baby! Poetic Baby Lifestyle sessions do not require as much time as a 100% posed session, and are ideal for babies first photos. A typical lifestyle session lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on baby and budget.

Our second package is a series of baby photo sessions over a 12 month period. Watch your baby grow and let us capture every moment with beautiful photos. With a few props and cooperation from baby, our sessions result in images that will make the whole family, friends, and Facebook buds go baby face. Cute hats, baskets, and blankets surround your little one while we capture your little one slumbering in doll-like poses on comfy pillows or playing around with Mom, Dad, Brother or Sister or the family pet. All baby photography requires cooperation from mom and dad and your assistance will be required. Keep in mind that a 60 Minute session really don't allow for a bunch of both posed and unposed photos, babies require a lot of patience to get the right poses, so please plan on moving quickly to help us capture the best shots of your baby. The best part of signing up with the "Grow With Me" Package is at the end of the 12 months, you will get a Video or slideshow complied with your top Favorite photos taken throughout the year along with your favorite music or song to play in the background. This DVD Video of your Baby' First Year will be a treasure and will be enjoyed for many years after the baby gets older. Many parents have signed up just for getting this video.

The Grow With Me Photography is a specialized photography service that helps capture those special once in a life time moments that you have with your baby.
Our Year One session can include the following:

Year 2+ Sessions are customized based on the child and family. We work with you to make sure you get the most important aspects of your child's development.
We offer 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute professional portrait sessions at your location.

Q.) Where do you take the photos?
A.) Anywhere with in 30 miles of Atlanta
Q.) Do you have a studio?
A.) Yes, but it available by appointment only. All Grow With Me Photography packages are at the location you choose and not our studio.
Q.) What areas do you service?
A.) Answer for professional portait photography we service the Metro Atlanta area including, Roswell, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Dunwoody, North Atlanta, Mableton, Peachtree City, Peachtree Corners, Gainesville, East Point, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Duluth, Decatur, Sugar Hill, Buford and just about everywhere else in the metro atlanta area.
Q.) I have never heard of this service is it something new?
A.) No it is not a new service but it is becoming more popular in recent years. Some people call it by other names such as newborn photography, toddler photography, Cradle to Toddler Photography, Womb to Toddler Photography and other various names for taking portrait of babies.
Q.) Why are your prices for this service so deeply discounted off of your normal price?
A.) We know that you will be so impressed by our service that you will use us for your other photography needs as well as recommend us to your friends and family. This isn't a huge money maker for Poetic Photo Professionals but it helps introduce families to having their own personal photographer.
Q.) Do provide any delivery room photography with this service?
A.) No, due to the unknown timing, duration and other issues we don't believe it is a great idea to throw a photographer in the mix. We will photograph your baby once you get home and the baby and mom are ready to smile for the camera.
Q.) Do you provide any other delivery room photography service?
